1,463 road deaths × 0.83 crash reduction × ( 3,500 the whole Tesla fleet ÷ 7.60M vehicles ) = 0.6 lives / year

Because FSD is blocked here, the calculation uses the whole 3,500-car fleet: this is what Romania is currently giving up, not what it is getting.
